Hello to our clients. In the interest of following social distancing guidelines and minimizing the spread of the Coronavirus we are slightly changing our operations. As of today, we are asking our clients to do one of the following:
1: Email us your tax documentation – email us first and we will send you a secure upload link.
2: Mail us your tax documentation
3: Drop your tax documentation off at the office. You can come in the office or use the mail slot after hours.
We will not be scheduling any in office appointments for the remainder of the tax season. We wish to prevent the spread of the Coronavirus and our health, the health of our clients and society is of the utmost importance.
We encourage you to communicate with us by email. Please visit our website, www.fullmerpsc.com, for contact information. We will still take and return phone calls. E-mail allows us to stay in contact easily.
Here is what to expect from us.
1: If you send us an email or leave a phone message, we will try to respond within 24hrs, not including weekends.
2: We prepare income tax returns based on a first in first out policy.
3: If we are unable to complete your income tax return by the due date, we will file an extension for you. We do not charge an additional fee to file an extension for you. An extension of time to file does not give you an extension of time to pay.
4: If you come into the office, we will greet you with a smile and an enthusiastic Hello, we ask that you do always wear a mask when in our office, thank you.
Again, we value and appreciate our clients. With all the changes in the last year we ask that you, support local businesses, assist anyone in need, be kind and patient. We will make it through. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us.
